2007年5月完成美國瑜伽聯盟200小時教師認證。隨後投入兒童與老人瑜伽教學。

2007年9月擔任由Russell所主講:The story of Yoga Guru Krishnamacharya.

之口譯者。

2008年3月擔任Mattew Sweeny Ashtanga瑜伽教師訓練營之口譯者,同年8月完
成 Astanga Yoga As It Is 中文譯本。

三年前當我的父親得到肺癌時,住進台大醫院,我一直在尋找有沒有一種自然的方

法來治療我父親,所以我發現ayurveda 的觀念,Ayurveda 是結合食療油療瑜

珈及精神治療,生命是一種知識,你要去相信自己,對生命有正確的瞭解,我父

親是成功的生意人,他征服了很多不可能的任務,當他得知自己得肺癌時,他的

意念迅速被打敗,而躺在病床上,他已經不再像是我認知強者父親的角色,他一

天一天的衰弱,我試著說服我所有的家人,去改變父親的飲食習慣,去接受有機

飲食而取代高蛋白的飲食,我的家人有試著嘗試一陣子,但是我的母親堅持她自

己認為對父親有益的食物,最後我的父親在2005年12月往生了。

我的父親是我最棒的靈修老師,我學到如何對生命有正確的認知,這些是在書本

上學不到的,而是要用眼睛及自己的心在每次失敗中去感受的,每一個人都會面

臨到死亡的問題,這是很自然就會發生了,當我們出生時什麼都沒有,當我們將

要離開世間時也是什麼都沒有,上天給每個人都有相同的機會去走相同的路,這

是你無法改變的,我們要學習用勇氣去面對,許多人都只記得自己好的及快樂的

事情,卻不要壞的、悲傷的、痛苦的,假如你沒有碰到任何的災難,你怎麼知道

什麼叫快樂。

Ayurvede的哲學概念,和佛教哲學是相輔相成的,你先要有好的精神狀況,你才

會得到健康的身體,他們都認為我們的生命是輪迴,出生、死亡、再出生、再死

亡…...這只是生命的延續,那你有什麼好害怕的呢,一旦你了解這個真理,你可

以敞開你的心胸,去好好品嚐你的人生,人生就是這樣!

瑜珈只是達到一個健康生活的工具之一,有些人只專住在動作的練習,卻忽略了

其他相關的東西,例如:當你要去上瑜珈課程之前,你才和你的老公或是男朋友

吵了一架,但是瑜珈課也上完了,你認為你可以得到一份平靜的心嗎?為何你不

是在當你發現想要和老公或是男朋友吵架念頭剛起時,你自己可以察覺到把這個

負面情緒壓住而轉一個念頭,而你確是用一個聰明的方法”我們的問題到底出現

在哪裡”,不是用情緒解決問題,是要打開你的心去靈聽你先生或是男朋友的聲

音,共同解決問題,不是以我、我、我、我、為出發點。

去敞開你的心胸,瑜珈的後彎練習是一個很好打開胸腔的訓練,但是你必須要配

合其他健康的方法。

1)Began to dance ballet at age5; Age 16, began to dance Jazz and

 continued.dancing until my mid-30s.For those years I was focused

 on jazz, broadway, tap and singing. I even traveled to New York to

 train in the “Steps” and “Broadway” dance centers:


2)Two years ago my father passed away. It was very hard for me to

 continue with dance, so I decided to practice yoga. I became a

 member of the Space Yoga Studio and continue there until now.


3) I attended a 3 day workshop in January, 2007, lead by Manju at the

 Space Yoga Studio.


4) March, 2007: assisted Sharon Moon’s Ashtanga Primary workshop in

 Space Yoga Studio and translated from English to Chinese.


5) May 22, 2007;completed 200 hours of teacher training in the Space

  yoga studio.


6) Sep.-Oct, .2007:Working with Russell case as a translator for the

 story of Yoga.Guru Krishnamacharya.


7) March 6-9, 2008 working with Matthew Sweeny as a translator for

  Ashtanga Teacher training workshop. Aug,2008,I finished the translations of

“Ashtanga as it is” book from Matthew Sweeny.


I focus on Ashtanga Mysore practice under Sharon Moon and Russell

Case, who is an authorized Ashtanga teacher from Guruji.

Now,I teach Three doshas yoga studio and Irene nursing home

for older people yoga program with Taipei city government.

Three years ago. when my father got the lung cancer and stayed in

National Taiwan University Hospital, I was looking for something

nature to heal my father. I started to search ayurveda concepts.

ayurveda is conbined with food, oil, yoga, metal therapies.  life is

knowledge. all you have to do believing yourself with the right

understanding of the life.  my father was a successful businessman

, he conquered a lot of business deals, when he knew he got the

lung cancer, all his wills were defeated and lay down the bed, he was

not no longer like my image of the strong man, he became weak day

by day. I convinced all my family members to change the diet for my

father instead of high protein rather than using the nature organic

vege food.  all my family members did try for a while, but my mother

did not believe the nature organic  food healing, she just followed

what she thought good for my father. finally, my father was dead one

year ago.

My father is my best spirit teacher, I learned how to deal with your

life with the good knowledge. you can not learn it  from the book,

you need to experience it with your own eyes and hearts. people

need going to the dead path, this is nothing wrong. when we were

born with nothing, when you were dead with nothing,too.  god gives

everyone  with the same path, you can  not change it. so we need to

deal with our courage.  also people want to remember something

good, happy instaed of bad,sad.  if you do not have a tough life, how

you can know what is called a happy life.

In ayureveda concepts are almost the same philosiphy as buddhism,

you need to have a good metal health,so you can have a healthy body,

they believe the life is incarnation, born, dead, reborn, dying again.......

it is a cycle of the life,why do you need to have the fears? once you

know the truth,you can open your heart taking it whatever it is.

Yoga is only one part of tools to reach a healthy life.  some people only

are focus on asana practice, they lose the connections with the other

parts of the life.  before you go to a yoga class, you just had a  fight

with your husband or boyfriend, even you did  finish this yoga class, do

you think you can gain a piece of peaceful mind??????  why not you try

not to have a fight with yourhusband or boyfriend before your anger is

raising and you stop the negative emotions, then you use a wise way

figuring out "where are our problems"? insteads of emotions,opening

your hearts to listen your husband or boyfriend's problems,finding both

of your solutions,instead of "me,me and me"........


To open your heart,backbends are good for training opening your chest,

but it also needs to combine a healty life style.
