My journey with yoga began in 1998. I was looking for something to help me
recover from a back injury and deal with the stress in my life. After a feweeks
of practice I discovered that Yoga just felt right. It made sense to me. I am
grateful to all my teachers who inspired me and showed me that there is much
more to yoga than poses on the mat. My main practice and training is in
Ashtanga yoga. I am also working towards certification in Anusara yoga.
When I'm not teaching yoga or English I enjoy swimming rock climbing
and hiking.
